AUCTION TERMS All consigned items are sold "as is". This meaning; the items being auctioned may or may not be antiques, they may be old, vintage or new. Some items may be purely decorative, some may have damage, and some items may not be authentic. the auction gallery has a preview time set aside prior to the auctions for all participants to examine the items up for auction and ask our staff questions regarding the items. There are no guarantees of authenticity on any of the the items being auctioned unless it has been provided to us by the consignor. We are not responsible for items that may have damage , regardless how large or small the imperfections may be. All items on the floor are as we have received them from the consignor. As the auction house and auctioneer, we are the agent for the consignor/seller. this means we have been authorized to sell the items as they have been given to us and in the condition we have received them, the items may or may not be what the bidder is looking for or thinks the item may be, or perceived to be. Again, the auctioneer has no control over your purchases. We identify all items being sold with the best description available to us either through the information provided by the seller and or the knowledge base of the auction house as not all items are researched. Our policy is that once and items has been sold there are absolutely no returns and that all items are sold "as is". This is the reason for our preview time prior to the auction. Please take advantage of this time and select your purchases carefully. Once you have won the bid, the the item becomes yours. Due to limited space, all items must be removed from the auction gallery no later than 3 business days after the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Items left in the gallery will be charged a storage fee. All items sold at the auction must be paid for in full the day of the sale by either cash or check, or Master Card, Visa or Discover Card, unless purchased by phone or left bid.
